10. Cookies and Website Analytics
With your consent, our website uses Google Analytics, a web analytics service provided by Google Ireland Limited, to understand how visitors use the website — for example which pages are viewed, how the savings calculator is used, and whether a contact form was sent — so that we can improve it. Google Analytics is loaded only after you accept analytics cookies in the notice shown on your first visit. Until then, and if you decline, no analytics cookies are set and no information is sent to Google.
If you accept, Google Analytics sets cookies (named _ga, and _ga_ followed by an identifier) that are kept for up to two years, and receives information about your visit such as the pages you view, your device, browser and approximate location, and your IP address. We never send Google Analytics what you enter in a contact form, such as your name, email address or phone number. Google may process this information outside the European Economic Area; see Google's Privacy Policy.
We store your choice in a cookie named md_www_analytics_consent for 12 months, after which we ask again. You can change or withdraw your consent at any time with Cookie settings at the bottom of every page. Withdrawing it stops the collection and removes the Google Analytics cookies from your browser.
